What “Unlimited” means on Enterprise
Plain and simple: “unlimited” means there are no caps — you can always add more employees (and storage). It does not mean it’s all free. Here’s exactly how it works:
- 1.Your plan includes a set amount each month — for example, 300 employees.
- 2.Everything up to that amount is covered by your base monthly price, at no extra charge.
- 3.Go over and nothing is blocked — you keep working. You simply pay a small set price for each one above the included amount: per extra employee, and per extra GB if your plan includes storage.
- 4.This charge repeats every billing cycle you stay over — it is not a one-time fee. If 300 are included and you have 350, you pay for those 50 extra every month, until you drop back to 300 or below.
- 5.Each cycle, the charge is based on the most you used that cycle, and it is added to your base plan at the end of the cycle.
