This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) is part of, and incorporated into, the Terms of Service. It applies to everyone who accesses the Service. Capitalized terms have the meanings given in the Terms.

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • violate any law or regulation, or infringe or misappropriate the rights of others;
  • upload, store, or transmit unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or abusive content, or content you lack the rights or consents to submit;
  • store data the Service is not designed to hold, such as full payment card numbers, financial-account credentials, or sensitive personal data beyond what is needed for attendance recordkeeping;
  • upload or transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code, or interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of the Service;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or any systems or networks, or probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without our written permission;
  • circumvent or attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limits, authentication, tenant isolation, or access controls;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service, except to the extent permitted by law;
  • use the Service to build or benchmark a competing product, or to resell or provide the Service to third parties other than your Authorized Users;
  • send unsolicited or unauthorized messaging through the Service; or
  • use automated means to access the Service in a manner that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates this AUP or that we reasonably believe is harmful to the Service, our customers, or others, as described in the Terms. We may report unlawful activity to authorities.
